Irvine Company Resort Properties is looking for employees to fill a wide assortment of positions so we made the process easy.   All submittals can be completed online.  To get started, visit the Job Search section of our site to find a job that matches your interests.  All positions are posted on this site as they become available, so please check back often if you do not see one that matches your interests.

Once there, you can search for the position that interests you most.  As soon as a position catches your eye, you will need to create a profile and participate in an assessment, if applicable, of your qualifications for the position.  When you have completed the assessment and applied to a specific position, we will contact you by email or phone and ask you to complete our online application.

Only the most qualified applicants will be selected to interview with us.  The initial interview will be conducted by a member of our Human Resources team and they will help you better understand this process and the qualities we are seeking.

You may then meet one of our hiring managers who will provide more details about the position and further assess your experience and skills.  After all of our interviews have taken place, the manager will make a decision.  If you are one of the final candidates, you will be contacted and asked to participate in our background screening process.  If you are then selected for a position with the Irvine Company Resort Properties, we will invite you to meet with us once again to present a formal job offer and begin the process of making you a part of our team.

There are two ways you can search for positions:

1.  The first is to view all open positions at all our locations - simply click on this View All link.

2.  The second is to search by job function – go to Job Search and select the job function you are interested in. You can narrow the search by then selecting company, business unit and/or city.
